Great question! Once you order your bracelet, you will receive a confirmation email from the 4PawsBracelets owner.

Then a few days later, you will receive an email with a photo of the dog/ dogs you helped feed!

If something is wrong with your necklace (misprint of name, wrong breed, etc) and it is not due to an error of the customer, we will send you a replacement necklace 100% free!

However, please double check that you have entered all information correctly before placing your order to avoid mistakes.

Each necklace is engraved into a stainless steel pendant using premium electroplating machines.

As each necklace is custom engraved with detail, please allow at least 7 days for our designers to engrave and wrap your necklace.

Do I have to include a name on my necklace?

No, you are welcome to select a breed and leave the name option blank.

Are the necklaces hypoallergenic?

Yes! All jewlery from our store is made with sensitive skin in mind. If you find that your necklace causes discomfort, please reach out to us!

Are the necklaces waterproof?

Yes! All jewelry from our store is waterproof. However, we do recommend taking them off before you shower/ swim to maintain their quality.

What happens if my necklace breaks?

No worries! If your necklace breaks within the first 5 days of delivery, reach out to our customer support team to receive a replacement.
