Returns And Exchanges
Our top priority is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase and it's speedy delivery at your doorstep! It's important to note that once you placed your order, you can no longer make any order changes/ cancellations unless we haven't shipped the item/s yet.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit or refund.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we would be glad to help you with the return process. Please send us an email at support@4pawsbracelets.com to initiate your return. Please be aware that all of our products are CUSTOM MADE and our return policy is valid for 5 days. If it has been more than 5 days since your delivery, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate your return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return from international orders (non-USA) are not covered by the company.
If, for any reason, your order is returned to our warehouse because it was marked 'Returned to Sender' by the post office, please know that we will do everything in our power to resend the order to you as soon as possible (with an additional shipping cost). We kindly request that you provide us with your updated shipping details within a reasonable timeframe, and we'll take care of the rest. If we don't hear back from you within the given time, we offer two options: 1. Receive a refund, less shipping costs 2. Receive store credit, not including the shipping costs. Please note that if you decline to pay duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, or if you fail to pick up your package within the allowable timeframe, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed or returned to our distribution centre at an extremely high cost charged to us. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, we are unable to consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us photo evidence of defective items within 24 hours of delivery to support@4pawsbracelets.com.
Please note that we only offer replacement items, and not refunds for such cases.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products like special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods like beauty products. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item, please feel free to get in touch with us.
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
