For every item ordered, we donate funds to charities that provide meals to local animal shelters. This helps reduce euthanasia rates and supports medical care for pets.
We currently partner with many charities to help shelters all over the world. We choose our partner charities based on their mission and how it aligns with our vision for the future of rescues. 4Paws VIPS vote on which charities they would like us to partner with, and bring any special cases to our attention! Every charity we partner with must be in good standing. You can read more about our current partner charities on our About Us page.
Once you place your order, we generally ship your bracelets within a few hours. Although most orders are estimated to arrive within two weeks, there may be slight delays during holidays. Please note that we cannot control the shipping procedures, and we will not be responsible for any delays.
We will provide you with a tracking number and order details so that you can easily track your order. You will receive an email notification with all your tracking details.

Once your order is shipped, you cannot do any order changes/ cancellations.
However, we do offer FREE returns within 30 days of arrival. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

No, we are not a charity. We are a store that partners with charities to help them raise funds and awareness. If you do not want a bracelet and instead want to make a direct donation, you can do so on our partner charity websites linked above!
Yes, we provide free worldwide shipping on all orders.
