How do I get FREE shipping?

Your shipping fee is waived for the purchase of two or more bracelets. If you have been charged, please contact us at support@4pawsbracelets.com.

How long does each order take to ship?

Our bracelets are carefully handcrafted with love and care, and we inspect them thoroughly before shipping them to you as soon as possible.

Once you place your order, we generally ship your bracelets within a few hours. Although most orders are estimated to arrive within two weeks, there may be slight delays during holidays. Please note that we cannot control the shipping procedures, and we will not be responsible for any delays.

How do I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can easily track your order from the beginning till it reaches you. You will receive an email notification with all your tracking details. To ensure that you receive the updates, please provide us with a valid email address. 

 Can I cancel/ make changes to my order?

Once your order is placed, you cannot do any order changes/ cancellations, unless we haven't shipped your order yet.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping details provided are correct. We cannot be held responsible if the package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information.
